Law n. 675 of 31 December 1996 with the dispositions for the guardianship of people and other subjects in the treatment of personal data has been repealed by the legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 that has introduced, from January 1st 2004, the new Code for the protection of the personal data. In particular the code establishes, that the interested subject must preventively have been informed on the use of the data concerning him/her and that the treatment of personal data is admitted only with the express consent of the interested subject, except in cases foreseen by the law.
Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l., with headquarter in Via della Pacciarna, 66 - 21050 Gorla Maggiore (VA), supplies the informative.

The present informative concerns the data collected in the form under "Contacts".

1. Aim and formality for the treatment of data
1.1 The data collected is treated within the normal activity of Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l. for the following purposes:
a) installation of the relationships with the Clients (i.e. acquisition of preliminary information for the conclusion of a contract), in particular to answer to information application forwarded through the form.
b) Offer, promotion and/or sale of products and services of Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l. and any partner firms by means of traditional communication or automated

1.2 The treatment of the personal data takes place through manual elaborations or electronic tools, computer and computerized systems, suited to guarantee safety and discretion.

2. Nature of the data communication
Given the personal autonomy of the interested party, it is strictly necessary to communicate the data marked in the form as obligatory, in order to attain the purposes as per paragraph a) of point 1.1.

3. Consequences of the refusal to communicate data
The form under “contacts” foresees two separate options of consent for the treatment of the interested party’s personal data. The first, marked with the letter A, refers to the aims as per paragraph a) of the point 1.1; therefore the missed consent in this case implies the impossibility to fulfil the party’s application.
The second option, marked with the letter B, refers to the aims as per paragraph b) of the point 1.1. In this case the missed consent doesn't jeopardize the possibility to fulfil the application of the party, but it prevents Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l. the use of the party’s personal data for the purposes reported in paragraph b) of point 1.1

4. Communication and diffusion of data
Personal data collected in the form under "Contacts" can be communicated to partners of Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l. that act as suppliers. Data may come to the knowledge of the employees in charge of applications processing. The aforesaid data are not subject to be diffused.

5. Interested party's rights
Art. 7 of the Code confers the party the exercise of specific rights. Particularly the party can get from the Holder the confirmation of the existence of his/her own personal data and their communication. The party can also ask to know the origin of the data, the purposes and formality of the treatment, as well as the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic tools, the indication of the identification details of the holder, of the named responsible people, and of the subjects or of the categories of the subjects to which the data can be communicated or that can come to their knowledge. The interested party has the right to get the updating, the rectification, the integration, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of data treated in transgression of law.

The party has the right to oppose himself/herself, as a whole or partly, for lawful causes to the treatment of his/her personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and treatment of personal data aiming for the dispatch of advertising material or direct sale or for the conclusion of market research or commercial communication.
The rights in question can be asserted, also by means of an appointee, through application to the holder of the treatment with recorded delivery letter or e-mail to the e-mail address info@oleodinamica2000.it.

6. Holder and People responsible of the treatment
Holder of the treatment is: Oleodinamica 2000 S.r.l., in the person of his legal representative, residing for the position at the registered office of the Society in Via della Pacciarna, 66 in Gorla Maggiore (VA), Italy.
